Smoking and the use of marijuana, e-cigarettes or any type of vaping device are strictly prohibited inside of the facility. Violations of the smoking, vaping, or marijuana policy may result in immediate ejection from the facility.

During all operating hours, all guests entering the Facility will be required to present valid photo identification to Security for entry to the casino. Failure to provide valid photo ID will result in denial of entry. Empire City Casino reserves the right to request photo identification from any person within the facility for safety and security purposes. Failure to comply with ID requests can result in removal from the facility.
