Masks are required for all guests inside public spaces at all MGM Resorts properties across the United States.

Per state regulations, Empire City will reopen with a limited 25% capacity. Please note that all vehicles must enter on Yonkers Avenue using the 810 Yonkers Avenue address for GPS. The Central Avenue entrances are closed. Complimentary self-parking will be available. Valet parking and shuttle service are not operating at this time.

Masks are required to be worn at all times and will be provided if needed. Guests will complete a screening & temperature check upon entry. To promote physical distancing, numerous machines have been disabled to ensure six feet of space between each unit, and chairs have been removed. The Pub, Empire City Chophouse, and The Big Kitchen international food court will be open for dining with limited seating capacity. We have implemented digital menus available to view on personal mobile devices and virtual waiting lists for restaurant guests with text message notification when tables are ready.

Please note that in accordance with state guidelines, bars on property will remain closed and beverage service on the casino floor is not permitted. All food & beverages must be consumed in the dining establishments and cannot be permitted on the gaming floor.

Live racing will take place without spectators, and state guidelines prohibit on-property wagering at this time.

The NY Lottery hours of operation are 10am to 5pm Monday through Saturday and Sundays from 12pm - 5pm. We are now paying Lottery winners, below $250,000, by appointment only. To schedule an appointment please visit the Lottery website at nylottery.ny.gov. Click the bar that asks “ARE YOU A WINNER” and “HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE”. It will take you to a selection of locations. Choose Empire City Casino, and the day and time that is convenient to you.

We have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols based on CDC guidance, including the use of electrostatic sprayers. Hand sanitizer dispensers are prevalent throughout the property and standalone handwashing stations are conveniently located on the casino floor, along with disinfecting wipe dispensers, touchless devices in all restrooms, and more.
